What an Android developer does
An Android developer builds and updates apps for smartphones, tablets and other Android devices. Typical tasks:
- reviewing the specification and prototypes from the client and designer, giving feedback on them;

Kotlin or Java: which developer should we look for?

How do you check the technical level?
The recruiter screens against the stack from your brief: languages and frameworks, similar projects, published apps, English. The technical interview or test task is run by your team lead or CTO; we organise the stages and collect feedback.
