What our recruitment services cost and how we work
GlobalStaff is a recruitment agency in Kyiv (77a Velyka Vasylkivska St), part of INNOVA Consulting Group. We recruit staff at every level for companies across Ukraine and for employers abroad. The fee is 50% of one monthly salary of the person you hire, paid after they start work, with no prepayment. If the hire leaves or does not fit within 30 days, we find a replacement free of charge.

What we need from you
A vacancy brief (duties, requirements, salary range, schedule), meetings with the finalists and the hiring decision. The recruiter handles the search, applications, first interviews and skills checks. Timing depends on the vacancy, the number of applicants and your requirements: if the salary range or the requirements stand in the way of filling the role, we tell you before the search starts.

How we assess candidates and the market
We assess people beyond the CV. We look at a candidate’s motivation and at how they will fit your team and your kind of business. A manager who thrives in an international corporation can struggle in a local company, and we spot such things before you spend time on an interview.
We check the market before the search starts. We study salaries and competition for the skills you need, and run separate market research for niche profiles. If the salary range or requirements stand in the way of filling the role, we say so at once.
Honest about what you need. Sometimes it pays more to develop your own people than to hire new ones, and for that we offer staff assessment, training and organizational design. If a new hire is premature, we say so plainly, even when it means less work for us.

Questions about our recruitment agency
How much do recruitment services in Ukraine cost with GlobalStaff?
Recruitment costs 50% of one monthly salary of the person you hire, about 4% of their annual salary. For example, for a monthly salary of UAH 30,000 the fee is UAH 15,000.
Do you require a prepayment?
There is no prepayment. You pay after the new employee starts work, under the contract.
How fast do you send candidates?
A shortlist usually arrives within a few business days after the contract is signed. Timing depends on the vacancy, the number of applicants and the requirements; for rare specialities the search takes longer.
What if the employee does not work out?
If the employee leaves or does not fit within the first 30 days, we find a replacement at no extra charge.
Who interviews the candidates and makes the decision?
We search for candidates, run first interviews and check references. Interviews with the finalists and the hiring decision stay with you as the employer.
Can a company outside Ukraine hire through you?
Yes. We recruit for employers in Ukraine and abroad. If the person needs to be employed in Ukraine while working for your company, ask about outstaffing. Our office is in Kyiv, 77a Velyka Vasylkivska St.
Do you keep the vacancy confidential?
Vacancies, salary ranges, replacement plans and candidate data are not passed to third parties; this is written into the contract.
