Junior, Middle, Senior: the difference
A Junior is usually a graduate of a technical school or courses: knows PHP and MySQL, popular CMSs and the MVC pattern, and has basic Git skills. A Middle developer has 1–3 years of experience, works confidently with MVC, Git and MySQL, handles HTML, CSS and JavaScript and reviews juniors' code. A Senior organises the team's work and is responsible for the whole project; seniors grow into Team Leads, Tech Leads and architects.
