I have never had to search for personnel. But since I am often on the road (trainings, seminars, various offsite events), I recently needed an assistant. I had neither the time nor the desire to look through resumes on job sites, let alone select candidates at an interview. I contacted GlobalStaff, told them about my requirements and wishes. Within 4 days, I received a call back and was offered two candidates. I talked to one of them, whose resume and recommendations I liked best. I didn't hesitate in my choice for a long time, and now I'm happy with everything in my job. I am very grateful to the girls from the agency.

I liked the attitude of the agency's HR people towards us as clients. They didn't offer many candidates, even though the specialty we were looking for is not uncommon. But they were the most suitable for the position and, in my opinion, the most responsible. Then we chose one ourselves, together with a colleague from the department where we needed an employee. We are satisfied with the result, we saved a lot of time and effort, and the money we paid for the service was worth it.

Our grocery store chain has a constant problem with staff turnover. Salaries are low, although payments are stable, and we have a shift schedule.
