What to put in your proposal

• Who you are: company, country, website and the contact person.
• What you need or offer: roles and number of hires, cities or countries, timing; for suppliers, the product or service.
• The terms you propose, or a file with your commercial offer.

Our standard terms for employers

50%

of one monthly salary of the person you hire: the whole recruitment fee.

After the start

you pay after the new employee starts work, with no prepayment.

30 days

if the employee leaves or does not fit within the first 30 days, we find a replacement at no extra charge.

Terms of a partnership are agreed individually and fixed in a written contract. Vacancies, salary ranges and candidate data are not passed to third parties.
